For many of us at TUC, February 2008 was a month of exhilarating highs and Death Valley-like lows. I juxtapose those phrases quite intentionally. The Presidential primary season hit full throttle, and developments (such as an extraordinary voter turnout) in both parties suggest that strong and positive movements are discernable in the American electorate.
