About the  April 6, 2008 TALENT AUCTION

When you arrive at Church, be sure to stop at the registration table to get your BIDDER NUMBER. All bidding, both Silent and Live, will be done by number,
as will billing and payment.

  • Child care begins at 9:30 and continues throughout the Auction.
  • 9:15 am Silent Auction Concourse
  • 10:50 am Silent Auction Closes
  • 11:00 am Celebration of Life Sanctuary
  • 12:00 pm Buffet Lunch: Adults $5/Children $3 (Robeson Room)
  • 12:10 pm Live Auction Begins (Robeson Room)**
  • 1:30 pm Live Auction Closes

**NEW this year – in an effort to conserve time, the live auction will begin during lunch.

50/50 RAFFLE
Grand Prize is ½ the money raised for the raffle!!
Tickets are $1/each or 6/$5!!

Please plan on paying for your items on Auction Day to help us avoid confusion and extra bookkeeping. Cashiers will be at tables in the Church lobby. Personal checks will aid us in
keeping accurate records.

It is your responsibility as a donor to contact buyers regarding your Auction item to arrange for finalization of the Auction contract. The contract is to be completed no later then 3/31/09
unless both buyer and donor have agreed to a change.
